I am in need of something the cover the window in the bathroom of my new house. The window is in the bathtub/shower facing the front of the house. Scott Garvey showed me a sample of the window I could have installed. He also accurately pointed out that replacing just this one window, in the center of two others, would likely cause a discordant appearance to the front of the house.Scott was very professional, polite and well-informed. As I have been spending a lot of money on new flooring, electrical upgrades, painting and many other expenses since moving in one month ago, I decided against replacing this one window at this time. I will wait until I can afford to replace at least all the windows at the front of the house and will then contact Scott for that order.

From the whole process, a great experience.I was told it would take about 10 weeks for the windows to come in, came in a little early. After comparing to the big box change, their prices were comparable. But not knowing much about windows, these windows were beyond expectation. They are thicker, you can open both the top and bottom for easy cleanind the screen goes up and down to. I highly recommend them, I am very please with service and the windows.

They set up an estimate promptly. After buying the windows they gave me a time frame and the install was right on time. The installers we both very nice. They cleaned up after themselves so I didn't have a mess to deal with. The windows are very nice. We have 6 more to go and once the money is saved we will be using Window World again.

Had an estimate given to replace a few windows. He came on a Saturday, which was great. I had forgotten about the appointment and even missed his call because I was doing yard work. He still came. Went with double pain vs impact Windows because of budget. I think I made the correct decision As he said that is what he has and not being beachside I should be ok. The installers were excellent, professional, friendly and took the time to show us how to work the double-hung windows we purchased. The quoted time frame was 4-6 weeks and it was done in 5 weeks. The quality is fantastic! The whole house feels tighter and the traffic noise level is at least 60% less than before. I checked FPL usage estimate, it’s so far $75 less than last month’s electric bill! Happy 😃 Customers!

Andy our salesperson was pleasurable to work with in replacing windows in our mobile home. He is very knowledgeable concerning the product and works hard to insure you receive the best product and cost.

Bob came out and gave us a quote for window replacement. He was wonderful and very informative. Spent a lot of time with us and answered all of our questions. Didn't pressure us either.

The salesman was very nice and explained all my questions. I did have all but the glass slider installed because it never came in. I was told today another two weeks. So far though I like the windows that were installed. Just wish it was all done so we could get inspection done and window treatments back up. Update slider finally installed and handle replaced. Just wish it would have been all installed in the 4-5 weeks that I was told. Now we need to wait for inspection due to coronovirus.

I got an appointment very fast. Craig the salesman was very prompt and friendly. He was very professional.

Very quick and professionally installed. The installers were polite and cleaned up any left over debit. Would recommend to anyone. The improvements to my house are beyond expectations.

Craig our salesperson was very knowledgeable and you could see he truly enjoys his job. The windows took a long time to come in because of COVID. The head guy for the installation was very thorough and cleaned up debris in the yard and in the house. Only complaint I had was that the calking they used for my windows had to be applied on with a wet rag. When they left my house the windows had all this white dried Cali on them. Our neighbors wondered why I would be out cleaning newly installed windows. I think that said a lot to our neighbors but we did have a good experience and ordered the rest of our windows the next day.

From the salesman to the installation everything went great. Ordered windows and the came in right on time. Set up installation 2 days later. The installers were on time and did a great job and left our place clean even with 2 old flimsy single pane windows that broke while trying to get them out. I like that I have a lifetime warranty and Know that they will still be in business years down the road if needed.
