Took longer than estimated to get the siding and windows, but once they got started with the install, work went by super fast. Only issue was that my dryer vent accidentally got covered up and went unnoticed, but was promptly fixed when notified.

Window World replaced twelve windows in my home in October and I wanted to share my experience with this project. I am incredibly impressed with everything the folks at Window World did from beginning to end. Setting up the initial appointment (for an estimate) was extremely fast and easy. I determined quickly that I would be selecting Window World for this project because of the estimate (much, much lower than other companies who had provided estimates). Cole was extremely thorough, knowledgeable and professional during the initial visit and I felt very comfortable with my selection. On the day of the install, the team arrived promptly and I couldn't have asked for better service. I don't know how many workers were involved but it felt like there were 20 people working on my windows. I've never seen people work so hard, I never even saw anyone taking a break or even resting. Because of the poor condition of my previous windows, this job was more difficult than initially thought. A significant amount of new wood had to be cut and installed before new windows could be placed. I couldn't believe how fast these men worked to complete this project. When they finished, they cleaned the yard around my house and vacuumed inside, leaving everything much better than they found it. These men were extremely professional and courteous. I can't say enough positive things about this whole experience. I would highly recommend Window World to anyone who is considering new or replacement windows. You'll be glad you chose them!

Will be ordering more windows in the spring and would like to have Tyler and Travis back for that job all so.

Thank you Bruce,Trevor, DJ. I had 13 windows installed on October 15,2024. My appointment was at 9:00AM but the installers Bruce,Trevor and DJ arrived at 8:20AM. They all were very professional and respectful. I had carpet throughout my entire house and they respected my wishes by wearing shoe coverings each time the came in and out my house. They did an excellent job in installing the window and installation of the window where they missed some spots. They where very concern of my needs to not have any draft coming into my house from outside. They clean up was also very good. BRUCE also pointed out some errors of my gutters that were installed last year that needed to be addressed by the person who installed my gutters. I thanked him for the advised because he did not have to go out his way to say anything about my gutters. I would recommend Window World to friends and family. We contacted Window World to have two very old windows in our garage replaced. When they were here, I also got an estimate on a replacement window for the large picture window over my sink in the kitchen. The quote was very reasonable for the 3 windows and they were able to schedule us in a timely fashion. Our installer, Casey, came to our house on October 17, 2024. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and worked diligently to complete the project in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Window World, if you’re looking to have windows replaced!!

From the estimate to the install everything was very smooth and professional. Our installers were a father/son duo who were fantastic. These guys had a system and worked very hard with a perfect end product. We had 10 old windows replaced with new 4000 series windows as well as our front door and storm door. Great experience overall, highly recommend!
