The visit was very informative. The Tech explained to us how the windows work. There were no repairs needed. We had 8 windows replaced. Our electrical bill has decreased. We have two more larger windows to replace and will be happy for Window World to do it. Thank for the excellent service.

We have put up with the drafts and whistling winds of our 1972 Suwannee River house ever since we bought it 5 years ago, because we love the river and the area. We decided to finally bite the bullet this year and have the worst of our single-pane windows replaced. I was very nervous about it, as the job required scaffolding and we knew there would be structural issues. My worries were soon allayed by our Window World installation team of Brent, Steven and David. They arrived as promised and got right to work. They were very professional and hard working, putting in LONG days with very few breaks. The job took multiple days, but they never left us at the end of the day with holes in the house (another big worry of mine!) or a mess. I can honestly say they cleaned up after themselves better than any workers we’ve ever had here. They went above and beyond to make things right - making sure our tight, energy-saving windows were sparkling and well-caulked. I would sincerely recommend them to anyone. We’re thinking about having a next phase of windows done, and will absolutely use Window World and this team again. Thank you!

The installation was very easy, the installers kept me advised of what they were doing and cleaned up after themselves. Brett and Steve are the best and I was very happy with the outcome. I would recommend Window World, the only problem was the wait for the windows.

Extremely happy with Window World of Ocala. From the sales rep, Greg Galas then the reps at the office and finally the install people. My dog Jake had to go out front when they arrived. All 3 of the installers talked to him and within minutes he fell in love with them. They explained everything to me and when they left all was in perfect condition. I got a message from my neighbor behind my house. She said she watched what they did and they were very careful not to step in my flower beds. She noticed how they took such care in the install. We had new windows installed 9 months ago & I am so very happy with everything! It is amazing that the amount of sun we got prior to the window installation is nowhere near what we get now! Our a/c is not constantly on any longer!

They were great. From start to finish. No messes to clean up they did it all. If you are thinking of new windows, give them a call, they were over 10 thousand dollars less than my first quote.
